The only constant is change.

Nature tells us what we need to know about ourselves. Whether it’s the changing seasons or the phasing moon, we are constantly reminded how important our ongoing evolution is to the world around us. Sometimes change feels like breaking down. Sometimes change feels like a new pair of shoes. Wherever you are, new territory begs for for a new guide.

OUR MISSION

My mission is to address the mental health crisis facing women and birthing people today. I believe that the medical model has forgotten about the mental, physical and spiritual needs of our families. It’s time to refocus our energy on healing the parent-child. When parents have time to breathe and reflect, so does the family. There is no real guidebook for becoming a parent, but there are a set of skills that can empower parents to be feel fully present to their experience. My priority as your counselor is to provide a mental health space for you that is nurturing, nonjudgmental and collaborative. When you take the time to take care of yourself, your family will learn by your example. My mission is to guide you through the phases of your life, the phases of your growth, the phases of your changing world.

My mission is to provide guidance, no matter where you find yourself.
